Marketing Content Designer
Job Summary
In this role youll help TALs purpose to life by transforming complex ideas into clear engaging visual stories that connect with the people we serve. As part of our in-house Content Team your work will elevate how we communicate inspiring confidence and helping customers better understand the value of life insurance. By making information more accessible and meaningful youll play a vital role in supporting informed decisions and strengthening the trust that sits at the heart of TALs mission to help Australians live better lives.
In this role you will:
- Translate business objectives into compelling design concepts that drive audience engagement and action
- Create visually impactful brand-aligned content that simplifies complex life insurance messages
- Deliver high-quality marketing collateral across Channels with consistency accuracy and speed
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive storytelling and strong customer outcomes
- Optimise digital experiences including email and web to enhance reach usability and performance
- Streamline content production by leveraging AI and efficient workflows
Qualifications :
- Demonstrate strong graphic design expertise across print digital and web bringing ideas to life with clarity and impact
- Use modern tools including AI to work effectively and deliver high-quality content at scale
- Combine creativity with problem-solving to translate complex concepts into simple engaging visuals
- Collaborate openly with stakeholders and creatives to achieve shared outcomes and continuous improvement
- Manage multiple priorities with organisation and reliability delivering work on time and to a high standand
- Apply a high level of attention to detail especially when producing accurate compliant content in regulated environments
