About the Role

Engenco Group is seeking a highly organised and collaborative Group Marketing and Communications Specialist to coordinate marketing brand digital social media and internal communications activities across the Group. Reporting to the Group Organisational Development Manager this hybrid Melbourne-based role will help ensure employees and external audiences receive clear timely and professional communications that reflect our brand values and business priorities.

What youll do

  • Coordinate internal communications employee announcements newsletters regular updates and Group publications.
  • Maintain oversight of Engenco Group brand guidelines logo usage branded templates and digital assets.
  • Opportunity to refresh brand assets.
  • Coordinate marketing support requests from business units.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers including designers photographers videographers printers website providers and promotional merchandise vendors.
  • Edit contributed content for professionalism consistency tone and alignment with Engenco values and approved messaging.
  • Maintain oversight of websites LinkedIn and other digital channels coordinating updates access requirements and supplier support as needed.
About You

What youll bring

  • Strong written communication editing and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
  • Experience coordinating marketing communications brand digital or internal communications activities.
  • A sound understanding of brand governance digital communication channels social media websites and content management processes.
  • Collaborative approach to working with stakeholders across the business.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence coordinating input reviews and approvals across multiple teams.
  • Excellent organisation attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience working with external creative print digital or promotional suppliers.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office SharePoint or intranet platforms email distribution tools social media platforms and marketing communication systems.
