We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and passionate Fundraising Marketing and Communications team on a fixed term 12-month parental leave contract.

About the role
The role of the Marketing & Communications Specialist supports the Fundraising Marketing and Communications team by leading and contributing to the day-to-day activities of all Marketing and Communication initiatives for Guide Dogs SA/NT and Beaus Pet Hotel including:
- Provide support to the Marketing and Communications Manager in day-to-day activities as required.
- Produce and proof copywriting for collateral eDMs newsletters blogs and other communications as required.
- Write internal and external corporate communications speeches and key corporate messaging across all levels with an ability to support senior stakeholders.
- Support PR related activities.
- Support direct fundraising activitiesthat encourage the general public to support Guide Dogs SA/NT through relevantfundraising channels.
About you
You love variety and working in a fast-paced team environment. You have sound experience with copywriting PR and content development including the ability to switch tone of voice to suit your target audience. With your additional love of being organised and collaborating you develop key messaging and can deliver to deadlines seamlessly. You possess relevant qualifications as outlined in the position description and of course you love dogs!
A current Drivers License and relevant Employment Clearances are required.
