Job Summary
Sydney or Melbourne Hybrid
Were looking for a Campaign Specialist to help deliver high-quality multi-channel marketing campaigns across Australia and New Zealand. Youll report to Head of Growth Marketing and work with colleagues across Growth Marketing Product Marketing and Brand Marketing. You will coordinate campaign execution manage timelines and processes and help ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on schedule.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys turning plans into action building relationships and using data and insights to drive continuous improvement.
What Youll Do
- Coordinate the delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are launched on time and aligned to objectives
- Manage campaign timelines approvals briefing processes and workflows
- Support the development and coordination of marketing assets and campaign materials
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reporting on results
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness engagement and conversion outcomes
- Contribute to go-to-market activities that support business and product growth initiatives
Qualifications :
What Youll Bring
- Experience coordinating or executing marketing campaigns in a B2B environment
- Understanding of multi-channel marketing campaigns and campaign performance measurement
- Experience managing multiple priorities and working with a variety of stakeholders
- Familiarity with marketing technology platforms CRM systems or marketing automation tools
- A collaborative approach and effective communication skills
- Confidence using data and reporting to support decision-making
- Qualifications in Marketing Business or a related discipline or equivalent practical experience
