About the opportunity

As our Marketing & Brand Specialist youllplay a key role in delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital andtraditional channels combining compelling content engaging digitalexperiences and strong brand execution to grow awareness participation andlong-term supporter engagement.

Working closely with the Marketing & CampaignsManager Digital Fundraising Specialist and Creative Design Specialist youllhelp deliver high-quality campaigns that connect people with causes thatmatter.

Operating within a modern always-onmarketing environment youll ensure our digital channels communications andcontent remain fresh engaging and optimised for performance while continuallyusing insights testing and performance marketing principles to improveresults.

No two days are the same. One day you might bedeveloping content for a major fundraising campaign the next analysingcampaign performance optimising digital supporter journeys designing campaignassets or collaborating with internal teams to bring a new initiative to life.

This is an opportunity to work across the fullmarketing mix while seeing the direct impact your work has on fundraisingsuccess and the lives of patients and families.

What youll be doing

  • Develop engaging content aligned to integrated marketing campaigns and brand priorities
  • Execute campaign activity across website social media email SMS and other digital channels
  • Manage and optimise owned digital platforms to ensure they remain current engaging and user-focused
  • Develop and maintain content calendars that deliver consistent high-quality communications
  • Help design and optimise supporter journeys from first engagement through to ongoing donor retention
  • Monitor campaign performance analyse results and apply insights to continually improve engagement and campaign effectiveness
  • Support audience acquisition and digital marketing initiatives using performance marketing principles
  • Partner with the Creative Design Specialist to produce high-quality digital and print assets
  • Work collaboratively across fundraising communications and impact teams to deliver integrated campaigns and consistent storytelling
  • Contribute ideas innovation and continuous improvement across the Foundations marketing activities
  • Represent the Foundation at community events and activations from time to time including occasional evenings and weekends

About you

Youre a curious creative and digitally capablemarketer who enjoys turning ideas into campaigns that genuinely connect withpeople.

You love creating content that people want to engagewith but youre equally excited by analysing results testing new approachesand continually improving performance.

Youll also bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing content creation and brand management
  • Competence in Adobe Creative Suite (practical testing will form part of the recruitment process)
  • Experience managing websites social media platforms email marketing and digital communications
  • An understanding of performance marketing audience acquisition and digital campaign optimisation
  • The ability to interpret campaign data and use insights to improve engagement and supporter outcomes
  • Strong writing editing and storytelling skills across multiple formats
  • Excellent project management organisational and prioritisation skills
  • An understanding of data security privacy and marketing compliance requirements
  • Alignment with the RBWH Foundations mission and values

Experience in the not-for-profit healthcare orresearch sectors along with familiarity with donor databases or fundraisingplatforms will be highly regarded but isnt essential.
