The opportunity

The Marketing and Engagement Manager leads the development and delivery of marketing and store strategies thatsupport BirdLife Australias mission building national awareness inspiringaction and generating sustainable revenue to help protect Australiasthreatened birds from extinction.

Position Objective

Lead marketing strategy and brand stewardship across the organisation ensuringstrong alignment with Conservation Science Advocacy and Participationpriorities while delivering campaigns and communications that grow awarenessdeepen supporter engagement support organisational objectives and contributeto sustainable income across Fundraising Membership Partnerships and BirdLifesonline store.

What you need to knowThis is a full-time position offered on a permanent contract. Please note that this is a hybrid position working in a home-based environment and in the national office in Collingwood Victoria.
