About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manhattan WMS Specialist/Consultant to support and enhance enterprise Warehouse Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Manhattan WMS (2018 Warehouse Management for Open Systems) with hands-on experience in configuration integration production support and supply chain operations within retail or distribution environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide application development enhancement and production support for Manhattan WMS.
  • Configure integrate and troubleshoot WMS solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Support incident problem change and service request management.
  • Monitor system health batch jobs and critical business processes.
  • Manage user provisioning access controls and security.
  • Participate in requirement analysis user story grooming QA and UAT.
  • Support release management deployments Go-Live and post-production activities.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs knowledge articles and operational documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors for L3/L4 support and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SLA and KPI compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement and knowledge transfer initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 810 years of hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS (2018 Warehouse Management for Open Systems).
  • Strong experience in WMS configuration integration and troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of Distribution Centre (DC) operations warehouse processes and supply chain.
  • Experience with Labor Management Yard Management and Transportation modules.
  • Knowledge of IBM Cognos SCI MOCA Oracle Database SQL and Azure Cloud.
  • Experience in managed services production support and ITSM processes.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Relex or other supply chain planning solutions.
  • ITIL Certification.
  • Experience in Retail Logistics or Distribution environments.
  • Exposure to reporting and analytics using IBM Cognos SCI.
