YOUR ROLE

As a Managing Security Consultant within Offensive Security you will lead the consulting team across both delivery and commercial outcomes ensuring high-quality engagements strong client relationships and sustainable practice growth. You will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team overseeing delivery standards and contributing to the strategic direction of the offensive security capability. This role balances technical oversight people leadership and commercial accountability positioning you as a key leader within the broader cyber practice.

• Lead and manage a team of offensive security consultants across all levels
• Drive delivery quality ensuring engagements are well-scoped and executed
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical and client issues
• Lead and support pre-sales activities including scoping proposals and pricing
• Manage team utilisation pipeline visibility and resourcing
• Contribute to offensive security strategy capability uplift and go-to-market
• Foster a high-performing inclusive and engaged team culture
• Support thought leadership community engagement and industry presence
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align delivery and commercial outcomes
  

WHAT YOULL BRING

• Strong background in offensive security at senior or principal level
• Technical credibility across offensive security domains (e.g. OWASP MITRE ATT&CK)
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams
• Strong commercial acumen including utilisation pricing and delivery risk
• Experience in pre-sales client engagement and stakeholder management
• Ability to influence and communicate with senior stakeholders including CISOs
• Strong decision-making capability balancing client team and commercial needs
• Relevant qualifications or equivalent industry experience e.g. OSCP OSEP OSWE CRTO CRTP or similar
• Australian citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
