We are currently seeking an experiencedManager Traction Power Maintenance to lead the maintenance performance and continuous improvement of our traction power systems across the network. This is a key leadership role supporting the safe and reliable operation of our rail services.

About the role
The Manager Traction Power Maintenance provides leadership and direction to the traction power maintenance team ensuring the safe efficient and costeffective operation of all traction power assets. This role plays a critical part in supporting network reliability minimising service disruptions and delivering on Queensland Rails commitment to safety and customer service.
Key accountabilities
- Manage maintenance and fault rectification activities for traction power systems to meet operational performance targets.
- Provide strong leadership coaching and performance management to build a capable highperforming team.
- Ensure a proactive customerfocused approach to fault response to minimise delays and downtime.
- Support investigations into system faults and operational anomalies.
- Implement productivity and quality improvement processes aligned with Queensland Rails Quality Improvement Policy.
- Develop and manage operational budgets.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure traction power systems support Queensland Rails business and operational needs.

- Demonstrated experience in managing maintenance operations with a strong customer focus.
- Substantial leadership and peoplemanagement skills.
- Extensive knowledge of traction power systems equipment and relevant standards.
- Experience in budget development and financial management.
