What Youll Be Doing

  • Leading Support Workers across Shared Living homes
  • Ensuring personcentred highquality humanrightsbased supports
  • Supporting positive behaviour support and safeguarding
  • Building strong relationships with residents families & stakeholders
  • Managing rosters budgets quality standards and NDIS requirements
  • Coaching your team using Arumas Practice Leadership Framework
  • Embedding BRAVE values in everything you lead

Youll Be a Great Fit If You Have

  • Experience in disability allied health aged care community services or equivalent lived experience combined with leadership capability.
  • Have led teams in a carebased or valuesdriven environment
  • Communicate clearly problemsolve well and thrive in dynamic roles
  • Believe deeply in inclusion dignity and personcentred practice
  • Are brave enough to lead authentically and confidently
