Were looking for a capable and values-driven Manager to lead our Shared Living services across the Melbourne region and help create safe inclusive and person-centred homes where people can thrive.

About the Role

As Manager Shared Living youll lead a diverse portfolio of disability support services across Melbourne. Youll oversee multiple homes develop and inspire your teams build strong stakeholder relationships and drive service excellence that delivers meaningful outcomes for the people we support.

This is an opportunity to combine people leadership operational management and meaningful social impact in one rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead coach and support a team of Support Workers
  • Foster a positive engaged and high-performing team culture
  • Ensure services align with person-centred and human rights-based practice
  • Partner with residents families advocates and stakeholders
  • Support positive behaviour support strategies and safeguarding practices
  • Oversee workforce planning rosters and service delivery
  • Manage budgets and financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards policies and quality requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement and service excellence

About You

Youre an approachable and values-driven leader who knows how to bring out the best in people. You enjoy coaching teams building strong relationships and creating environments where both employees and the people they support can thrive.

Youll bring:
  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing operational priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • A commitment to inclusion dignity and person-centred practice
  • Experience in disability aged care healthcare community services or another people-focused sector is highly regarded
