The role

As Manager Property Strategic Advisory Services youll manage advisory development and transaction projects for government property assets and portfolios. Your work may span rezoning remediation adaptive reuse development acquisitions leasing and disposals.

Youll lead projects from early analysis through to delivery drawing on technical specialists and consultants and providing clear considered advice to executives ministerial stakeholders and agency clients. Youll balance competing priorities manage risk and governance requirements and help ensure projects deliver optimal outcomes for NSW.

What youll be a part of

• Managing complex property development advisory and transaction projects
• Providing expert advice on property strategy feasibility and risk
• Leading consultants and service providers across planning legal environmental and commercial disciplines
• Working with senior stakeholders to build support and resolve issues
• Ensuring strong governance probity and performance reporting across projects

What you will bring to the role

• Experience delivering property advisory development or transaction projects
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
• Sound judgement when balancing risk opportunity and public value
• A collaborative professional approach and confidence working with senior leaders

Essential Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in a propertyrelated discipline (such as planning valuation property economics property law project management property development or engineering)
