Whatwill a typical day look like

• Provide strategic leadership to our People and Culture team across Human Resources Payroll Learning and Development Recruitment and Onboarding and Site operations.
• Drive workforce planning and people strategies aligned with AnglicareCQs Strategic Plan.
• Partner with executive and senior leaders to provide expert advice on workforce performance employee relations culture compliance and organisational development.
• Using people analytics and workforce insights to support continuous improvement and informed decision making
• Building a high-performing values-driven culture that enables our people and services to achieve their full potential.

MandatoryRequirements:

• A relevant tertiary qualification in human resources (or related discipline).
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience at a managerial level.

• A strong communicator able to quickly build rapport and influence across a diverse range of people.

• Ability to obtain a Blue Card (working with children check positive notice or exemption)
• Ability to obtain a Yellow Card (disability services positive notice or exemption notice)
