Whatwill a typical day look like
- Provide strategic leadership to our People and Culture team across Human Resources Payroll Learning and Development Recruitment and Onboarding and Site operations.
- Drive workforce planning and people strategies aligned with AnglicareCQs Strategic Plan.
- Partner with executive and senior leaders to provide expert advice on workforce performance employee relations culture compliance and organisational development.
- Using people analytics and workforce insights to support continuous improvement and informed decision making
- Building a high-performing values-driven culture that enables our people and services to achieve their full potential.
MandatoryRequirements:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in human resources (or related discipline).
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience at a managerial level.

- A strong communicator able to quickly build rapport and influence across a diverse range of people.
