Youllpartner with leaders across Technology & Cyber and the wider business to challenge the status quoeliminatemanual effortoptimiseprocesses andmaximisethe value of our technology investments.

Asthe go-to for solving complex operational challenges you willplay a critical leadership role through influence mentoring stakeholderengagementand enterprise-wide collaborationin this12-monthopportunity with potential to extend.
Your day to day

  • Lead strategic operational excellence and productivity initiatives across Technology & Cyber

  • Drive technology simplification programs that reduce complexity and improve business outcomes

  • Enhance employee productivity and engagement through better technology experiences

  • Partner with business leaders to improve governance compliance and risk management practices

  • Identifyopportunities toleverageemerging technologies including AI to improve operational performance

  • Build strong relationships acrossHBFto influence change and drive continuous improvement

What you bring
Youre a natural improvement leader who thrives on solving complex problems challenging inefficient processes and creating better ways of working.You combine strong analytical capability with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and enjoy bringing people together to deliver meaningful change.

Your
previousexperience could be
as a Business Analyst or Project Manager leading and would include implementing change preferably within tech.Youllalso bring:

  • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt (or equivalent)andexperienceidentifyingandimplementingprocess improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies

  • Baseline understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and practices (e.g.access controls user lifecycle incident/request/change processes)

  • Generalunderstanding of operational processes and IT systems

  • Sharp problem-solving analyticalthinkingand business analysis skills

  • Experience in risk management governance and compliance
