About this opportunity:

As Manager Diversity Equity Inclusion and Wellbeing (DEIW) you will drive ICC Sydneys DEI and wellbeing strategies delivering initiatives that strengthen culture enhance the team member experience and support inclusive welcoming and accessible events for clients and visitors.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer this role:

  • Acts as a trusted expert across key inclusion and wellbeing streams including First Nations LGBTQIA disability inclusion gender equity parents and carers refugees and emerging talent.
  • Partners with leaders team member groups internal teams and external partners to design deliver and evaluate programs that create meaningful organisational impact.
  • Supports recruitment and talent acquisition strategies that help ICC Sydney attract and employ a diverse inclusive workforce.
  • Manages reporting against internal and external benchmarks including ICC Sydneys Reconciliation Action Plan Disability Inclusion Action Plan Australian Workplace Equality
  • Index and Workplace Gender Equality Reporting.
  • Designs delivers and evaluates DEI training that equips team members and leaders to foster inclusive workplaces deliver accessible event experiences and support the diverse needs of clients visitors and colleagues.
  • Partners with Executive Sponsors and Employee Resource Groups to advance DEI priorities and embed inclusive practices across ICC Sydney.
  • Builds strong internal and external partnerships that support the delivery of DEI and wellbeing initiatives programs and outcomes.
  • Investigates develops implements and manages ICC Sydney benefits programs for permanent and casual team members.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Human Resources or related Business Degree or study.
  • Demonstrated experience in Diversity Equity and Inclusion with experience in employee wellbeing being desirable.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
  • You must be 18 years or over.
