Our client is a NSW Government department seeking an experienced Manager Diversity & Inclusion to join their People Performance and Culture team in Parramatta Sydney CBD (Martin Place) or Orange.

Role summary:
Lead the development implementation and monitoring of organisation-wide diversity and inclusion programs and strategies providing expert advice to senior stakeholders and supporting an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of department-wide diversity and inclusion programs strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice to managers and executives while overseeing D&I governance compliance and stakeholder engagement.
  • Analyse workforce data monitor program effectiveness and develop reports and recommendations to improve diversity and inclusion outcomes.

Selection Criteria:

  • Significant experience and/or qualifications in Human Resources Diversity & Inclusion Talent Management or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering organisation-wide D&I strategies programs policies and initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management communication and leadership skills with experience providing advice to senior leaders and managing teams.
