About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager Change & Engagement to lead the design and delivery of change engagement readiness and adoption activities across the Modern ERP program. Reporting to the Global Change Manager you will work closely with leaders project teams and stakeholders to ensure people are prepared engaged and supported throughout transformation initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to influence large-scale change build organisational capability and help deliver meaningful business outcomes.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement change engagement strategies that support large-scale business transformation initiatives.

  • Establish trusted relationships with business leaders project teams and key stakeholders across impacted areas.

  • Lead change adoption and readiness activities to support successful implementation of new processes technologies and ways of working.

  • Monitor and evaluate change effectiveness using feedback and insights to continuously improve outcomes.

  • Identify adoption risks and resistance points developing mitigation strategies to support successful adoption.

  • Design and deliver engagement and communication activities that build awareness understanding and commitment.

  • Coach and support leaders and managers to effectively lead teams through change and uncertainty.

What Youll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience leading change management activities within complex transformation programs.

  • Proven capability to influence engage and build credibility with senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Experience developing and executing engagement communication and adoption strategies.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

  • Exceptional communication facilitation and relationship-building skills.

  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement inclusion psychological safety and delivering positive employee experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Organisational Development Psychology Human Resources or a related discipline.

  • Change Management certification (Prosci ACMP or similar) highly regarded.

  • Experience working in large-scale ERP technology or business transformation programs will be highly advantageous.

Where Youll Be Working

Youll join the Modern ERP Program a multidisciplinary team bringing together technology process data and change specialists to reshape how work happens across Rio Tinto. Were modernising a 20yearold ERP system and redesigning core business processes to improve safety efficiency and ignite innovation.

This work supports our people across global operations to spend less time on transactional tasks and more time on work that really matters. By simplifying and digitising how the organisation runs the Modern ERP Program is creating the foundation for future productivity gains smarter decisionmaking and AIenabled transformation.
