KeyResponsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:
- Lead mentor anddevelopa team ofBusinessDevelopmentandSales DevelopmentRepresentativesfostering acultureof accountabilitycollaboration and continuous improvement.
- Drive team attainmentofmonthly quarterlyand annualpipelinegenerationgoalsthrough effectiveprospectingstrategiesperformance managementand executional excellence.
- Conduct regularcoachingperformancereviews and career developmentplanning tomaximizeindividualperformance and prepare teammembers forfuture growth opportunities.
- Leverage datareporting and analyticstomonitorperformanceidentifytrends and implement action plansthat improve productivity conversion ratesand overallteam effectiveness.
- Champion the adoption of AI-powered tools andmodernsalestechnologiesto streamline workflows increaseefficiency and enhance both individual andteam productivity.
- Partner closely withSalesMarketingRevenueOperations andEnablementteams to align ongo-to-marketstrategy territory planning leadmanagement pipeline goals andorganisationalpriorities.
- Supportrecruitinghiringonboardingand retention efforts to build and scaleaworld-classBusiness Developmentorganisation.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Development Business Development within a B2B technology environment.
- 1-2 years of experience as a first-line Business Development manager
- Proventrack recordof leading high-performing teams that consistently achieve and exceed pipeline generation goals
- Demonstrated success coachingdevelopingand promoting BDRs into Sales or other revenue-generating roles
- Experience withaccount-basedstrategiesintentdataand modernprospectingmethodologies.
- Familiaritywithplatformssuch as6SenseOutreachNooksZoomInfoUserGemsandothersimilartechnologies.
- Demonstrated experience implementing AItools and workflowstoimproveteamproductivityefficiency andperformance.
- Passion forcoachingand developingearly-careersales talent into future revenueleaders.
