About the Role
As the Manager Admissions (Performance and Quality) youll play a key leadership role in driving quality compliance performance and continuous improvement across the Universitys admissions function. Working closely with Admissions leaders and key stakeholders youll lead initiatives that improve service delivery strengthen governance enhance reporting and insights and ensure admissions processes remain efficient compliant and student-focused. Youll also lead a small team and contribute to building capability across the broader Admissions function.
About the Team
This role sits at the heart of the Universitys Admissions function leading initiatives that strengthen quality compliance governance and operational performance. Working closely with leaders and stakeholders across the institution youll use data and insights to identify opportunities influence decision-making and drive continuous improvement across admissions processes and service delivery.
What Youll Bring
- A relevant degree or an equivalent combination of education training and professional experience.
- Experience in quality assurance compliance governance or operational performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends risks and opportunities.
- A proven track record of driving process improvement and change.
- The ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience leading coaching and developing people.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex information into practical solutions.
- A proactive solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and service excellence.
- Advanced proficiency in reporting tools enterprise systems and Microsoft Office.
