Were particularly interested in professionals with experience in:

Change Management

• Developing and delivering change strategies for large-scale transformation programs.

• Leading stakeholder engagement communications business readiness and change impact assessments.

• Supporting leaders and employees to successfully adopt new ways of working.
  

HR Transformation

• Designing and implementing modern HR operating models and service delivery approaches.

• Improving employee experience HR processes and organisational effectiveness.

• Supporting HR technology and digital transformation initiatives.
  

Workforce Strategy & Future of Work

• Helping clients prepare for the future through workforce strategy workforce planning and skills transformation.

• Designing workforce models that align talent capability and business priorities.

• Advising clients on organisation-wide workforce and operating model transformation.
  

What youll bring

• Previous consulting experience is preferred.

• Experience delivering complex business or people transformation programs.

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

• The ability to analyse complex problems develop practical solutions and influence senior leaders.

• A collaborative approach and a passion for creating lasting organisational impact.
