Synergie is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a well-established manufacturing client located across Cavan and Port Adelaide. This is an opportunity to join a respected leader within the steel industry known for high-quality production innovation and a strong focus on safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
• Support production processes in line with daily requirements
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
• Assist in maintaining a clean and efficient work environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating manufacturing or production machinery
• Experience within steel or heavy industry highly regarded
• Strong focus on safety and quality outcomes
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Reliability and willingness to work in a fast-paced setting
• Must be willing to complete a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening

Working Hours:

• Day Shift: 5:50am 2:00pm (MonThu) 5:50am 12:00pm (Fri)
• Afternoon Shift: 1:50pm - 10:00pm (Mon-Thu) 12:00pm - 6:00pm (Fri)
• Possible Overtime availableSaturdays

Pay Rate:

• Day Shift: $38.90 per hour (casual)
• Afternoon Shift: $44.74 per hour (casual)
• Overtime paid at penalty rates
