Logistics Officer
Job Summary
What you will do:
Provide logistical support to the ICS team using Salesforce to ensure financial information is current and appointments are scheduled in a timely manner. The position also provides a range of administrative support to the ICS staff and management team.
- Manage appointments and organise bookings as required.
- Update and maintain participant data
- Communicate with stakeholders to maintain efficient rostering practices and budget utilisation
- Communicate with families regarding service agreements and other participants information
- Supporting billing practices
- Provide training to staff on rostering with Salesforce when required

This is a part time 3 days per week 22.8 hours maximum term 1 year contract. The full-time equivalent annual salary is $77000 inclusive of superannuation and is dependent on qualifications and experience.
Qualifications :
- Experience using NDIS Systems
- Experience providing administrative support within a team
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Great organisational Skills including excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks
- Demonstrated capacity to manage database records and office systems
- Ability to establish effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
- Knowledge of the disability sector (preferred)
- Working With Children Check WWCC (for relevant state) appropriately cleared
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- International Police Check (IPC) if relevant
