As our Logistics Manager reporting to the Senior Manager Supply Chain & Logistics youll play a pivotal role in leading the logistics and supply chain activities that support the Qantas inflight experience. Working across a global supplier network youll oversee the movement of products from suppliers through to ports and catering operations ensuring service excellence operational reliability and commercial performance are consistently achieved. This is a highly visible role where your ability to influence stakeholders manage supplier performance and navigate complex operational that will directly impact customer experience and business outcomes.

Leading the end-to-end logistics operation that supports Qantas onboard customer experience youll manage global suppliers and logistics partners drive operational performance oversee product distribution and new product rollouts manage supply risks and stock availability and work closely with stakeholders to deliver service cost and commercial objectives. Youll also identify opportunities to improve processes optimise supplier performance and deliver continuous improvements across the supply chain function.

Youll have-

  • 5 years experience in supply chain logistics operations or a related field
  • Strong experience managing logistics providers suppliers and external partners
  • Demonstrated ability to drive supplier performance influence stakeholders and deliver operational outcomes
  • Proven experience leading complex projects process improvements or supply chain optimisation initiatives
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance cost service and risk considerations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the confidence to make decisions in ambiguous environments
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across a diverse business
  • Experience working in fast-paced operational environments where service delivery and performance outcomes are critical
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain Logistics Commerce Business or a related discipline will be highly regarded
