The Northern Land Council is seeking a Logistics & Customer Service Assistant in East Arnhem who is passionate about community engagement to deliver hands on logistics and respectful customer service.
About the Role:
As a Logistics & Customer Service Assistant you will provide essential on the ground support to ensure the smooth delivery of regional activities meetings and events. Working within the Regional Development team you will assist with logistics coordination transport services event set-up and basic administration while delivering high quality customer service in a culturally respectful manner.
What you will Bring:
You are a reliable and proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering respectful culturally appropriate services. You enjoy hands-on work can manage competing priorities and take pride in supporting the team and community.
In addition to this you will have: -
- A current C Class Drivers Licence and ability to safely operate 4WD vehicles.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
- Ability to work in a small team follow direction and meet deadlines.
- Basic administration and computer skills.

We offer:
- A base salary of $64542 per annum plus 15% superannuation and salary sacrificing up to $15900 Meal Entertainment and Holiday Accommodation benefit up to $2650 per year.
- Other benefits under our Enterprise Agreement include:
- District allowance of up to $4884 (DA2) per annum for individuals with dependent and $2678 (DA1) without dependent.
Generous leave provisions 5 weeks annual leave 21 days personal leave;
Paid Christmas close down;
Upon completion of 12 months of service an Annual airfare with a net (in hand) value of $3177;
