Logistics Coordinator - Construction Delivery
About the Employer
Our client is an engineering and construction business working across transport defence and major infrastructure. It combines project delivery expertise with a focus on collaboration technical improvement and sustainable outcomes.
The Opportunity
Coordinate the movement storage and distribution of materials and equipment on a Sydney infrastructure site. You will organise deliveries around construction milestones and maintain reliable records traceability and quality controls.
Your Responsibilities
Plan delivery bookings unloading loading-dock and crane requirements with suppliers and site teams.
Reconcile delivery dockets with purchase orders and construction schedules.
Maintain inventory location and movement records and conduct stocktakes and material audits.
Isolate damaged or non-conforming materials and coordinate returns replacements and credits.
Prepare daily weekly and pre-start logistics reports and maintain quality registers.
Work with subcontractors and transport providers to resolve delivery constraints.
Requirements
Skills Education and Requirements
At least five years in construction logistics or supply chain coordination.
Tertiary qualifications in logistics or supply chain management.
White Card and current driver licence.
Practical knowledge of construction project delivery.
Accurate record keeping and strong organisation across deliveries and inventory.
Resourceful problem solving under pressure effective presentations and stakeholder communication.
A collaborative approach and accountability for site logistics outcomes.
Current entitlement to live and work in the role location.
