More than simply a building the multipurpose design enables exclusive space for SSI programs and enabling services dedicated employment and training facilities and two levels of flexible mixed-use space for community and program Logan Hub is designed to be a welcoming community space where people come together to learn connect work and access support. With a strong focus on young people training employment pathways and community collaboration the Hub brings together visitors from many different backgrounds and experiences each Hub Community Coordinator plays a key role in creating a positive and inclusive first impression for everyone who enters the Hub. As the first point of contact the role supports visitors community groups service providers and SSI staff by helping them navigate the space access information and feel comfortable and supported throughout their YouAs the Logan Hub Community Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for visitors you will deliver a welcoming professional and inclusive customer experience across the Hub supporting visitor sign-in and sign-out processes guiding people to relevant spaces and services and assisting with language disability and technology needs. You will help connect visitors community groups and service providers with the programs facilities and supports available while also providing practical assistance with co-working spaces room bookings events inductions AV set-up and basic technical addition you will contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the Hub through facility administration opening and closing procedures WHS support record keeping and by working collaboratively with staff volunteers and stakeholders to ensure a safe efficient and positive environment for reach out to us for the full Position Description to review the Key Responsibilities and Measures of success. Essential CriteriaExcellent customer service skills and demonstrated a positive can-do attitude to supporting problem-solving mindsetTechnology skills including the ability to use Word Excel Outlook and facility management systems such as visitor management and bookings systems Salesforce CRM are in a frontline customer service community engagement or community facility teamwork and ability to collaborate across teams and divisions internal at SSI and in wider working groups as to work a roster that includes some evening and weekends if UsSettlement Services International (SSI Group) is a community-based organisation and social business that supports newcomers and Australians to achieve their full potential.
