We are looking for aLink Workerto join our Transition to Work (TtW) team. This is a full-time fixed-term opportunity for approximately six months to provide maternity leave cover. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on working with young people who are disengaged at risk of long-termunemployment or facing multiple barriers. You will walk alongside them as they develop the skills confidence and connections needed to transition into work apprenticeships traineeships or further education.

This is a role for someone who makes an impact through empathy motivation and action.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working with youth unemployed or disadvantaged people in a supportive role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate young people
• Confidence in connecting Participants to education training and employment pathways
• A collaborative team-oriented mindset as well as the ability to work independently
• Organisational skills and digital literacy to manage caseloads and deliver outcomes
• An outcome-focused approach with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Qualifications in Employment Services Youth Work Training Human Resource Management or Behavioural Sciences (advantageous not essential)
• Relevant experience in Employment Services or a similar industry (highly desirable)
