Job Summary

Lifestyle Support Worker Night Shift (Part-Time)

Stream Services isseekingcompassionate and experienced Lifestyle Support Workers to join our growing team inLongreach QLD. This rewarding role supports people with disability to live safely and comfortably overnight whilemaintainingindependence dignity and wellbeing.

Ideally you will have experience in the disability sector and are looking to grow your career in a supportive positive team environment with ongoing training and development opportunities.

WhatYoullDo
  • Provide overnight support to NDIS Participants including monitoringassistancewith personal care and responding to needs during the night
  • Support with light household tasks asrequired
  • Ensure participant safety and wellbeing throughout the shift
  • Follow individualised support plans aligned with participant goals
  • Maintainaccurate NDIS-compliant documentation and reporting
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver person-centred high-quality care
About You

Wedlove to hear from you if you have:

  • Relevant qualifications in disability support aged care community services or equivalent experience
  • Experience providing person-centred support (preferred but not essential)
  • A warmempatheticand professional approach
  • Strong communicationskills and ability to build positive relationships
  • Commitment to upholding the rights and dignity of people with disability
  • Ability to work independently particularly during overnight shifts
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid drivers licence
  • Full working rights in Australia
