In this rewarding role youll support residents with personal care while encouraging participation in meaningful lifestyle programs social activities and one-on-one engagement. Youll help foster connection promote wellbeing and create moments that truly matter.
This role based at our Tweed Heads care home will see you working closely with the nursing and resident engagement teams when performing your resident-centric care duties in a timely and compassionate manner surrounded by highly skilled and supportive senior carers and managers. About You
At Infinite Care we hire for heart so our best people are highly empathic instil a strong work ethic and passionate about making a difference to the elderly. Ideally you have worked in the Aged Care sector for at least 1 year and the ability to think on your feet communicate effectively build rapport and maintain professional relationships with residents and co-workers addition you will also
- Certificate III in Individual Support Leisure & Lifestyle Health Services or a similar qualification advantageous (however not mandatory for this role)
- Previous experience in Aged Care Lifestyle or similar role (minimum 12 months preferred)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Understanding of person-centred care and resident wellbeing
- A positive energetic and compassionate approach
- Strong teamwork communication and time management skills
- Commitment to maintaining a safe environment for residents and colleagues
- A genuine passion for making a difference in aged care
- Display a positive fun and confident personality to help our residents (*who sometimes can be very shy) to get involved in lifestyle and group activities.
- Own vehicle or private transport is a MUST for this role as public transport is not easily accessible

Our care roles are busy! Alot of bending lifting pushing and squatting to perform your duties safely. All candidates will be required to complete an online medical assessment to maintain personal and workplace safety standards.
