As we continue to expand our products partnerships and global footprint were looking for a Lifecycle & Engagement Manager to help drive engagement retention and long-term customer value across our retail partner and white-label channels.

This opportunity gives you exposure to multiple major banking partners allowing you to influence customer engagement strategies across a diverse portfolio of financial services organisations.

Youll help shape how customers move from partner ecosystems onto the CMC Markets platform guiding critical onboarding migration education and engagement journeys that directly impact customer adoption retention and revenue growth.

What youll be working on

Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing youll lead lifecycle engagement across our key white-label and banking partners helping to shape customer communications that drive onboarding activation migration and retention.

Youll build and optimise automated journeys in Braze manage stakeholder relationships coordinate campaigns and approvals and use customer insights to improve engagement and platform adoption. Working closely with Product Marketing Data Compliance and Performance teams youll play a key role in delivering seamless customer experiences and supporting the growth of our strategic partnerships.

Youll thrive in this role if youre a confident communicator who enjoys building strong relationships influencing stakeholders and turning complex challenges into practical solutions. Youre equally comfortable using data to guide decisions as you are collaborating with partners to improve customer experiences. Naturally curious and commercially minded you look for opportunities to optimise performance drive engagement and create value for customers and partners alike.

Youll also bring:

• Experience in CRM lifecycle marketing or customer engagement

• Hands-on experience with Braze or a similar marketing automation platform

• Experience working with external partners clients or B2B stakeholders

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach

• An interest in financial services investing or fintech
