About the role:
- Work as part of an established in-house legal team advising across technology IT procurement data and broader commercial matters
- Draft review and negotiate a range of technology and commercial contracts including SaaS software licensing cloud services managed services consultancy agreements and supplier arrangements
- Provide advice on ICT procurement digital projects data management privacy cybersecurity and associated risk issues
- Partner with internal teams across technology procurement operations and wider business functions
- Deliver clear practical legal advice with support from senior members of the legal team
- Assist with identifying assessing and managing legal risk across technology supplier and commercial contract matters
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum 4 years PQE
- Lawyer with experience across technology IT commercial contracts procurement privacy or data-related matters
- Comfortable working with internal stakeholders and supporting matters from start to finish
- Experience with SaaS agreements software licensing cloud contracts ICT procurement privacy cybersecurity or digital transformation projects will be highly regarded
The ideal candidate will have some in-house experience but applications from lawyers from private practice or government are also welcome.
