Your opportunityAs our Commercial & Risk Manager youll partner with the Executive Leadership Team to provide trusted commercially focused advice that supports confident decision-making manages risk and strengthens governance across ECH. Your expertise will help drive innovation sustainable growth and compliance while contributing to the ongoing success of one of South Australias leading aged care make an impact byProviding commercial legal and risk advice across the organisationLeading enterprise risk governance privacy and compliance programsDrafting reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and agreementsPreparing governance and risk reporting for Executive and Board stakeholdersSupporting a strong risk-aware culture and continuous improvement mindset across ECH What youll bringTo succeed in this role youll need the following qualifications:Bachelor of Laws and a current Australian Legal Practising CertificateExperience in commercial management contract negotiation and risk managementStrong knowledge of governance compliance and privacy requirementsExceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skillsA pragmatic and solutions-focused approachExperience working with executives committees or boardsConfidence operating in regulated environmentsA collaborative leadership style and commitment to continuous improvementExperience in aged care health or another highly regulated industry will be highly regardedWe would also love you to bring the following skills:Commercially minded professional who balances risk management with practical outcome-focused advisor who builds strong stakeholder relationships and confidently influences senior leaders on complex advocate with the confidence to challenge constructively and drive continuous approachable communicator who builds trust and rapport with people from diverse and adaptable combining sound judgement with a person-centred approach to achieve positive join ECHWe want you to be MORE with us.
