About the Role
As the first point of contactyoullengage with clients facing complex legal and non-legal challenges providing essentialinformationand coordinating the support they need. Your role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive the best possible outcomes while offering clerical and legal administrative support to our dedicated legal teams.

You aresomeone whothrivesindynamichigh-volumeenvironmentsandyoumaintaincomposure under solidadministrative experiencewhich involves managing competing priorities with little support being flexible whenpriorities changeanddemonstratingattention to detailand efficiencyin all aspects of your utilisingtechnology to create efficiencieswithin your roleandhave experience usingvarioussystems.
As a collaborative team player you consistently deliver high-quality support services with professionalism and you are someone whounderstandsthe wider context of your role acting asa change agent and fosteringteam alignment.
You are a dedicated empathetic and client-focused professional who hasstrong communicationskills which enable you to engage effectively with both clients solicitorsstakeholdersand senior leaders across a range of interactions such as phone enquiries legal administrative tasks and liaising with the stakeholders within the office.
