We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Administration Assistant to join our Real Estate Stream Solutions team in a full time permanent role. We are looking for someone with high attention to detail strong multitasking abilities and the confidence to work independently within our dynamic team.

As a key addition to our team some of the responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting team members and clients across the leasing and conveyancing streams
  • Opening files
  • Identifying and arranging for receipting and disbursements of trust / client money
  • Assisting with preparation and compilation of documents
  • Scanning documents and arranging for execution
  • Assisting with settlement processes
  • Attending to registration and distribution of documents
  • Coordinating invoicing
  • Reporting and ad hoc communication with clients

What you need:

The successful candidate will ideally have some administration experience as well as the following attributes:

  • Great communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Effective prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing deadlines
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently
  • A desire to embrace new technologies including the use of AI
