The role

  • Part Time Fixed Term (up to end of June 2027)
  • Level B - $113841 to $134965 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Bathurst Remote considered for the right candidate

As the Lecturer and Postgraduate Psychology Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting the coordination of clinical placements for students within our accredited Master of Clinical psychology postgraduate psychology program.

Working within the School of Psychology you will assist students in locating suitable placement opportunities while also building strong partnerships with external placement providers to ensure students successfully progress through their clinical training. The role may also involve coordinating Work-Integrated Learning activities including placement administration and logbook processing.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative teaching and research-active team dedicated to developing the next generation of psychologists for regional rural and remote Australia.

About you

  • A doctoral qualification in Psychology or equivalent accreditation and standing.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with industry government and community stakeholders to support student placements and professional learning.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate Work-Integrated Learning activities manage competing priorities and support student progression.
  • A collaborative and inclusive approach with a commitment to evidence-based practice and preparing psychologists to meet the needs of regional rural and remote communities.
