Were seeking a highly organised and professional administrator to join the Senior School Learning Team. This role is pivotal in supporting teaching and learning operations providing high-level administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth coordination of key academic programs and events across the School.
About The RoleThis role provides comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Learning and the wider Senior School Learning Team. You will act as a key point of contact for staff students and parents managing competing priorities with a calm and solutions-focused approach.
Working closely with senior leaders including the Director of Learning Deputy Director of Teaching and Learning and Head of VCE you will coordinate a wide range of activities including curriculum administration event planning compliance processes and communication across the School community.
This is a dynamic role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced educational environment demonstrates discretion and professionalism and enjoys contributing to a high-performing collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities include:- Provide administrative support to the Senior School Learning Team and Director of Learning
- Coordinate VCE administration including VASS data examinations and compliance requirements
- Manage calendars meetings and key communications for senior learning staff
- Support planning and delivery of curriculum events parent information sessions and subject selection processes
- Maintain accurate student records reports and curriculum documentation
- Coordinate meetings take minutes and support faculty and leadership teams
- Provide administrative support across teaching learning assessment and reporting activities
- Experience in an administrative role within a school or education setting (essential)
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and database systems
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across the School community
- High level of professionalism discretion and attention to detail
- A tertiary qualification in business or administration (desirable)
- A current Employee Working with Children Check
