About the role
This is apart-time(0.6FTE) ongoing position based at our Port Melbourne office with hybrid working arrangements(2days in office1 dayWFH).
As the Officer Learning Systems you will support the administrationcoordinationand continuous improvement of LSVs Learning Management System (LMS) with a strong focus on backend setup system maintenance and ensuring a seamless user experience.
Additionally you will:
- Administer andmaintainthe LMS (aXcelerate) including managing user profiles permissions coursestructures and system configurations
- Coordinate the setup of online and blended learning including uploading content configuring modules setting assessments and tracking completions
- Manage learner enrolmentsmonitorprogress updatecompletions and produce reports on participation and compliance
- Maintain data accuracy and system integrity through regular updates audits and alignment with training requirements
- Troubleshoot system issues and respond to user queries providing clear and timely support to stakeholders and learners
- Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting system updates identifyingefficienciesandmaintaininguser guides and documentation
About you
You are a detail-oriented and systems-savvy professional with a strong interest in digital learning and technology. You enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure systems run smoothly thrive in a structured environment and bring hands-on experience with learning management systems to support effective learning will bring:
- Demonstrated experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) including backend setup user managementand system coordination. Experience with or exposure toaXcelerate is highly regarded
- Experience coordinating courses enrolments completions assessments and reporting within a learning system
- Strong attention to detail with proven ability to maintainaccurate data and ensure system integrity
- Experience troubleshooting LMS issues and providing practical user-focused support
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a structured fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a collaborative approach
- A current Victorian Employee Working with Children Check(or willingness to obtain)
