The Opportunity

We are looking for aLearning Operations Leadto become the engine room of our Learning & Capability (L&C) team at WorkSafe Victoria. This is a newly created pivotal role for a strategic operator who understands that great learning outcomes are built on a foundation of seamless systems robust governance and insightful data.

As a member of our L&C leadership team youwontjust be keeping the lights on. You will be the operational backbone ensuring ourcorelearning teamsare empowered to deliver high-impact learning that makes a tangible difference to our people and the Victorian community.

This is a rare opportunity to help shape the operational maturity of Victorias Health & Safety Regulator and Workers Compensation joining a team that is currently scaling its impact and embracing innovative ways of working. Key Accountabilities

  • Data Storytelling:Youllown our metrics turning raw LMS data and operational dashboards into executive briefs that clearly articulate the value and impact of our learning programs.
  • Operational Excellence:Youlllead ourCoordinator and Administrator to ensure our learning ecosystem (LMS third-party platforms and digital tools) is agile intuitive andfuture-ready.
  • Strategic Stewardship:You will manage our budgetstoollicensingand quality assurance processes with rigour ensuring every dollar spent is aligned with our strategic imperatives.
  • Partnerships:Working closely with your peer Learning Team Leads you will act as a strategic advisor bridging the gap between instructional design and operational delivery.
  • Governance & Growth:Youllmaintainthe integrity of our learning standards managing risks andidentifyingopportunities to streamline how we deliver learning in the flow of work.

About you

You are:

Qualifications

  • A tertiary qualification inHuman Resources Education Business Psychology or a related discipline or equivalent relevant experienceis desired.
