Learning and Development Consultant

Join a team thats passionate about building capability and helping people succeed. As a Learning & Development Consultant youll support a dedicated energy and utilities portfolio designing and delivering learning solutions that strengthen outcomes.

Working from both our Knox location and our Melbourne CBD office as required youll partner closely with leaders to drive meaningful learning across our business.


What Youll Be Doing;

• Deliver induction onboarding compliance and operational learning programs
• Design engaging learning experiences across classroom virtual and blended environments
• Develop learning resources eLearning content and performance support tools
• Build employee and leader capability through coaching and facilitation
• Measure learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with leaders to align learning outcomes with business needs
  
  

What Youll Bring;

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification
• Experience facilitating learning within contact centres supporting energy or utilities customers
• The ability to develop practical learning resources and eLearning content
• Experience using Learning Management Systems and reporting platforms
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work independently
