About the role

Reporting to the Director of People and Culture you willcoordinate design deliver and review learning and development activitiesacross PWDA. This includes managing Go1 creating accessible online learningfacilitating training and supporting learning administration.

What youll do

• Manage PWDAs Go1 learning platformincluding courses enrolments records and reporting.
• Create and maintain accessible onlinelearning modules guides and digital resources.
• Deliver engaging training in persononline and through blended formats.
• Coordinate induction mandatorytraining and professional development activities.
• Work with managers and subject matterexperts to identify learning needs and improve learning outcomes.

What youll bring

• Experience administering Go1 or acomparable Learning Management System.
• Experience developing online learningmodules and digital learning content.
• Experience delivering accessible andengaging training to adult learners.
• Strong digital literacycommunication organisation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Technical troubleshooting andproblem-solving skills.

Desirable: lived or family experience with disability arelevant qualification Certificate IV in Training and Assessment orexperience in the not-for-profit disability community services or healthsectors.
