Learning and Development Administration Officer

An exciting opportunity to join Rocky Bays Training Department as a Learning and Development Administration Officer.We are looking for a passionate and energetic candidate to help support the face of the Rocky Bay Training Academy.

About the role:

Reporting to the Manager of Organisational Development you will provide administrative and coordination support across internal and external training workforce development and RTO operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate training calendars schedules venues trainers and resources
• Support learners trainers customers and internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate student employee and training records
• Coordinate enrolments bookings attendance and completion requirements
• Support RTO compliance reporting audits and certification processes
• Maintain learning and student management systems
• Prepare training and workforce capability reports
• Assist with training-related invoicing and administration
• Contribute to process improvement and the effective delivery of learning programs

What you need to have:

• Experience in administration training administration or learning and development
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement
• Current WA Drivers Licence
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (willing to obtain)
• National Police Clearance issued within the past 3 months(willing to obtain)
• Proof of influenza vaccination(willing to obtain)

Desirable:

• RTO experience and knowledge of the Standards for RTOs and AVETMISS
• Experience with Student Management or Learning Management Systems
• Experience in disability health community services or education
