About the role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily workshop operations and workflow
- Build wire and test switchboards/control panels
- Read and interpret electrical drawings/schematics
- Mentor electricians apprentices and trade assistants
- Maintain safety quality and project deadlines
Qualifications/Experience required
- QLD Electrical Licence current CPR/LVR
- Switchboard manufacturing experience
- Strong fault finding and testing ability
- Ability to lead workshop teams confidently
- Knowledge of control wiring and schematics
