The Leading Hand role is ideal for someone who enjoys stepping up into leadership while still staying hands on - working outdoors being part of a close-knit team and taking pride in getting the job done right.
Youll spend your time guiding the team keeping work moving and rolling up your sleeves to support maintenance and projects across our sites. This is a physical role so youll need to be comfortable with manual hands-on work and able to pass a pre-employment medical.

About the role:
As a Leading Hand Pen Systems youll lead daily activities across pen system maintenance and marine infrastructure work. Youll support the team coordinate tasks and resources and help ensure work is completed safely efficiently and to a high standard while contributing hands-on when needed.

What youll be doing:
Leading a small team to keep day-to-day marine operations running smoothly
Getting hands-on with maintenance projects and general site work
Helping plan and prioritise work so the team stays on track
Setting the standard for safety teamwork and quality on site
Supporting and developing team members through guidance and on-the-job coaching
Looking for better smarter ways of working and contributing ideas

What were looking for:
A hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside their team
Experience in marine aquaculture construction or a similar practical environment
Someone who can guide a team stay organised and get the job done
A strong focus on safety and looking out for others
A clear communicator who builds positive working relationships
