This is a hands-on leadership role where youll work side by side with your team sharing your knowledge and helping them succeed. Youll keep daily maintenance running smoothly support a strong safety culture and play an important role in building a positive high-performing crew.

• Certificate of Proficiency in Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Trade
• Previous experience in a Leading Hand Supervisor or senior tradesperson role
• Strong background working on CAT mining equipment
• Supervisor Training or willing to obtain (G1 G8 and G9 G2 formerly known as S1 S2 S3)
• Willing to complete an Order 45 Medical and Police Check
