What youll do
As a Lead Structural Engineer youll provide technical leadership across complex projects while helping to guide and support our structural team.
In this role you will:
- Lead the delivery of structural engineering projects from inception through to completion
- Provide technical leadership across Defence data centre and large building projects
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Lead structural and multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate project outcomes
- Mentor and develop engineers across the team
- Review and approve structural designs reports and documentation
- Support project planning risk management and commercial performance
- Contribute to business development and future growth opportunities
What youll bring

- Degree qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering
- RPEV registration
- Strong experience delivering complex structural projects within a consulting environment
- Demonstrated experience leading projects and managing clients
- Exposure to Defence data centres major buildings or related markets
- Strong understanding of structural design project delivery and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and leadership capability
- Australian Citizenship highly regarded due to Defence project requirements
