What youll do

As a Lead Structural Engineer youll provide technical leadership across complex projects while helping to guide and support our structural team.

In this role you will:

• Lead the delivery of structural engineering projects from inception through to completion
• Provide technical leadership across Defence data centre and large building projects
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
• Lead structural and multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate project outcomes
• Mentor and develop engineers across the team
• Review and approve structural designs reports and documentation
• Support project planning risk management and commercial performance
• Contribute to business development and future growth opportunities

What youll bring

• Degree qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering
• RPEV registration
• Strong experience delivering complex structural projects within a consulting environment
• Demonstrated experience leading projects and managing clients
• Exposure to Defence data centres major buildings or related markets
• Strong understanding of structural design project delivery and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and leadership capability
• Australian Citizenship highly regarded due to Defence project requirements
