Whats the role
Everyday Banking is looking for a Lead Product Owner to lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives that uplift customer servicing journeys. Youll take ownership of some of our most complex and high-impact customer problems simplifying high-friction processes driving automation and straight-through processing digitising manual workflows and transforming how we support customers navigating sensitive servicing needs like Power of Attorney.
This is a delivery-focused youll shape strategy drive execution from problem definition through to realised outcomes and lead both process and technology change across Product Technology Risk and Operations. Youll be expected to navigate ambiguity influence senior stakeholders and make sound trade-off decisions that balance customer outcomes business value and risk.
Youll also set the standard for delivery excellence within the Delivery Unit mentoring and developing team members championing agile ways of working and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
This is a permanent Full-Time role based in Sydney with hybrid working arrangements available.
What do I need
- Significant delivery experience in a Senior Product Owner/Manager Delivery Lead or equivalent role within complex or regulated environments
- Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across business technology risk and compliance
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking able to connect delivery outcomes to broader business objectives
- Data-driven approach to prioritisation benefits quantification and decision-making
- Track record of identifying and delivering automation digitisation and process improvement at scale
- Deep understanding of Agile delivery practices with the ability to adapt approach to context
