Salary:Clerk Grade 9/10 ($133348 - $146945 pa) plus employers contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

Your role

The Community and Out of Home Care Asset Portfolio is responsible for supporting the stewardship improvement governance and assurance of community assets managed by Infrastructure & Assets.

This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the establishment transition and ongoing operation across a diverse portfolio of residential community and operational assets located throughout NSW. You will coordinate asset maintenance assurance and compliance activities support the delivery of improvement works remediation projects and oversee contractor-managed services and contractor performance. Working across varied asset base you will make informed maintenance and investment decisions to ensure assets remain safe compliant functional and sustainable.

What youll do

As part of the Community and Out of Home Care Asset Portfolio team you will lead maintenance coordination compliance monitoring and assurance activities across a growing portfolio of community assets. You will oversee maintenance programs and contracts manage contractor and supplier performance and coordinate remediation and improvement projects that support portfolio outcomes.

Through regular engagement with sites stakeholders and service providers across NSW you will monitor performance identify emerging risks and provide advice on compliance obligations standards and asset-related priorities.

Youll work within a collaborative portfolio team responsible for governance asset stewardship project delivery and portfolio operations supporting informed decision-making and continuous improvement across the portfolio.

What were looking for

  • Experience coordinating maintenance programs compliance activities asset assurance processes or related property facilities or infrastructure functions.
  • Ability to interpret technical information legislation standards and specialist advice and apply this information to support practical asset and maintenance outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience managing contractors service providers or consultants including monitoring performance resolving issues and supporting delivery outcomes.
  • Strong planning communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and support the delivery of compliance remediation and improvement projects.
  • Willingness and ability to undertake regular travel across metropolitan regional and rural NSW including occasional overnight travelto visit sites monitor maintenance and improvement activities engage with stakeholders and contractors and support portfolio outcomes. A current NSW Class C Driver Licence is essential.
