Job Summary

  • Located in Parramatta offering flexible working arrangements with mandatory office presence for business requirements
  • Salary ranges from $129464 to $142665 p.a. plus superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

In this role the Lead Change Analyst will manage the service redesign change initiatives from assessment through to implementation ensuring improved user-focused support service to schools and education support staff.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery and implementation of a range of change projects and activities
  • Undertake people and process change impact assessments to develop comprehensive change implementation plans
  • Conduct current and future state gap analysis for effective change delivery
  • Develop communication plans and collateral to support successful change initiatives
  • Drive change adoption through stakeholder engagement communication and behaviour change initiatives
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure alignment and successful change implementation
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and manage issues and risks.

About you

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate a proactive strategic and user-focused approach to lead change initiatives. Your exceptional stakeholder management skills and impactful communication style will drive successful change outcomes. You will bring:

  • Proven change management experience leading successful transformative change initiatives
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills to identify change impacts risk and gap analysis
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and influencing skills to balance competing priorities and expectations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to develop clear structured and engaging communication materials
  • Expertly coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful change implementation

Essential requirements of the role

  • Relevant qualifications in change management or a related discipline and/or demonstrated equivalent experience in change analysis.
  • Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.

Renewal is not required after the WWCC expires as long as you remain in a nonchild-related role. Employer obligations only apply while the WWCC is valid.
