About the role:

Join a highly regarded tax team and be exposed to multi-jurisdictional matters across a diverse range of taxation matters such as:

• Providing strategic tax advice to clients on payroll tax income tax land tax stamp duty and GST.
• Drafting and advising on complex trust structures trust deeds and wills & estates matters.

The ideal candidate:

• 35 years PQE coupled with broader experience in areas such as M&A property commercial transactions tax litigation or wills and estates would be highly regarded.
• Strong drafting research and analytical skills.
• The ability to think strategically and commercially.
