About the role:

Manage and work across a varied portfolio of insurance litigation matters which will include:

• Public and products liability and has successfully.
• Personal injury and property damage claims.
• Advising and defending compensation to relatives claims recovery actions under the workers compensation regime catastrophic injury cases and high-value construction disputes.
• Handling contract and negligence claims against professional insureds such as financial advisors certifiers and

The ideal candidate:

• 4 years PQE with experience across public liability product liability property damage or related insurance matters.
• The ability to independently manage a busy caseload.
• Strong commercial judgement and client relationship skills.
• A collaborative approach and interest in contributing to a supportive team environment.
